AI Foundations is a program of foundational AI knowledge for public officials, Youth Union members, university students and working adults. It does not teach the buttons of one tool, nor math or model fine-tuning: it teaches how AI works so you can use it properly and responsibly.

01 · Why

Between tool courses and technical courses there is a gap.

Most short AI courses today sit at one of two extremes. Learners outside technology need the layer in between: what AI is, what it can do, where its limits are and how to use it well.

Tool courses

Knowing which button to press, not why

Learning the steps of one specific app. Change the tool and you start over; meet a wrong answer and you have no way to check it.

Technical courses

Math, programming, model fine-tuning

Built for technologists. Learners from other fields lack the math and programming to follow, and do not need to go that deep.

AI Foundations

Understand the foundations, use AI responsibly

General knowledge of AI, data, law and ethics, plus how to work with AI and verify its output. Use any tool, make sound decisions.

03 · Content

Five modules, curated from a bank of 192 lessons.

A lesson bank written by education specialists, reorganized by theme with cases set in the learners' own working context.

  1. Module 01

    Understanding AI

    What AI is and is not. Data, models and prediction. Machine learning in plain language. How generative AI and large language models work. Limits and "hallucinations".

  2. Module 02

    Working with AI

    Talking to AI and verifying what it says. AI for drafting documents, summarizing reports, analyzing figures and communications. People make the decisions.

  3. Module 03

    Data, safety and the law

    Personal data under Law No. 91/2025/QH15. The Law on Artificial Intelligence. Information security, spotting deepfake scams. Using AI in public bodies and organizations within the rules.

  4. Module 04

    AI and society

    Ethics and bias. Impact on jobs. Critical thinking about AI-generated content. AI in national digital transformation.

  5. Module 05

    Applied project

    Each team picks a real task from their workplace or field, solves it with AI, presents the result and gets feedback from the lecturer.

University lecturers, saola IQ's materials and platform.

Lecturers come from universities and are trained on saola IQ's materials and learning platform. Your organization only needs to provide a room and a list of learners.

Systems and data hosted 100% in Vietnam, in compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15.
